      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've recently just joined Sky and missed payment due to not knowing direct debit was coming out, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that but it's coming up on MySky that my contract has ended was just wondering if anyone knows how this has came up or if it's due to that. It's also coming up 'Your bill will change, see your renewal deal here' and it's not coming up any options&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
