Hi I received a sky statement/billing every month and am being charged for it how can I get this stopped thank you in advance

@Steve462 You should be able to turn off receiving paper bills through your online account

Thank you it says its on paperless does that mean they owe my 50p a month for the last 10 years

If it is set at paperless and it has been then they shouldn't be sending you a paper bill and charging you so you might want to register a complaint about this:

I've seen a couple of customers on here mention paper bills at 50p a bill but Skys website clearly states £1.75
