When will I get my refund?

Hi - after leaving Sky, I should have had a refund as they deducted a charge for one extra month. This was cleared with a Sky customer service member on 1 August 2024.

The recent bill shows credit balance of around £62. When will this be paid to me? Note that I haven't had a Sky service since 19 July 2024.

If you would like we can alert Sky's messaging team to you post here as they will then contact you via here as they should be able to issue the refund so let us know if you would like them to be contacted ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
