      <description>I have recently cancelled All services with Sky. TV, Broadband and Talk. When I spoke to the operator in customer services, he confirmed that my final bill would be around £19/£20 Mark but it has come in over £40's. It looks as though you have not taken Sky Talk off the bill. Please recalculate and send the correct final bill so I can pay immediately. Many thanks Mrs Alexander</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AIUI bills cannot be 'updated' - the billing system moves forward only on a monthly cycle. &amp;nbsp;(Bills are generated 14 days before payment date and will include the month in advance even if this is past your cessation date)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you may have to pay the bill before a credit can be applied, if it's incorrect. &amp;nbsp;(Withholding payment doesn't usually turn out well)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
