      <description>Hi there. I ordered an Iphone 16 and paid the upfront cost. Unfortunately the sky cancelled my order very next day. I got an email mentioning will get the upfront refund within 14 days but it's very urgent for me to get the refund. Please is there anyone who can help me to escalate the issue? Thank you.</description>
