Debt email from advantis

Hi All,

I have recently received an email from a debt company called Advantis. I don't have any outstanding debt and have sent back all my equipment so I'm not sure where this is coming from. I just wanted to knowif anyone knew this was a scam or not

I don't believe it's a scam.

The most likely explanation is that returned equipment has not be processed correctly and there's an outstanding non-return charge.

Have you kept proof of posting?
