More than one Sky account

Hi there

I have two seperate Sky accounts both registered to the same email address but different addresses. The Sky apps only allow me to access and manage my primary account. How can I access my other account? There's no option to log in to an account using the Account Number.

The easiest way would be to use a different email address on one of the accounts then you should be able to select the account you require. Do you use the email address as the username part of the login because if you do then you can use anything here instead of an email address so to get this changed you would need to call Sky and speak to their ID team.
