Whilst this should lead to your broadband being automatically cancelled with your old provider recent reports have shown some companies are been having teething problems with the system meaning that in some situations the old provider hasn't cancelled the service or the new provider has been unable to setup the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest contacting Virgin customer services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
