This is caused because billing happens a month in advance and your new package/contract rate may not coincide with your billing date so you may pay for more than 1 month during the first billing cycle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the dates you're being billed for. You're probably paying for more than a month for the new packages - from the date they were added to the end of the month and for the next month in advance. That's normal when you add a subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
