Can't link my Sky ID

It asks me to link my Sky ID to my Sky account to access Account Management but when I input postcode and sky account number/bank details it states they cannot locate me in the system

Yep. Asks for postcode and the last 5 digits of the account used to pay for broadband to locate account.
