I am trying to download my sky broadband bills from April 2024 for tax purposes but the screen will only provide back to April.

How do I get the ones between April and June?

@Pat65 You will need to speak to Sky to get any older billsnbut the ones from April 2024 onwards should be available.

As these are domestic accounts they will not show a V.A.T element within them.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

So from what you've posted, if it goes back to April then April, May and June should be available.

Apologies - the 'previous bills' button only shows back to June 2024

I want April to June

Someone else has offered a couple of suggestions so I will take their advice
