Hi, why have is my bill got the added sky boast? I didn't agree for my bill to be 50.50. The last time I checked it was 40.49?

Do you mean Sky Boost, in other words this:

It might have been added if you made any changes to your broadband package so if you didn't require this then give Sky a call to get it removed.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Can sky boast be removed from my bill, I didn't ask for it to be added so I would like a refund please. £39 is what I agreed to pay and that is all I would like to pay so please remove this. I've also noticed that from November £50.50 will be taken - can you sort this out please?
