    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a Sky puck and unfortunately was late paying my bill. I have now paid as well as setting up a continuous payment this was a last Thursday! However my services are still restricted, my TV says it takes up to two hours but it has now been 3 working days and 5 days in total. How do I get my services back on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How lates was your payment?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A month roughly, I have paid all outstanding amounts on my account. I have logged in on the website instead of going through app and can see they've set up a return for my puck does this mean it has been cancelled? I haven't received any communication to say that it has been?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
