Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My current contract has expired and I am now paying more then the original contract. I either need to renew the contract or cancel my subscrption to sky, The phone number provided in the contact page dose not connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
