I spoke to retentions Friday 25 October and was told my refund would go into my bank account within 3 to 5 working days. Unfortunately I received an email Saturday 26 October informing me my refund will be going on my sky account yet I have left sky! I do not have any active subscriptions nor do i have any products and simply want my account closed. Why will you not do as you say?!
