After speaking to an advisor last night, they told me my December bill would be x amount and for 24 months, yet I've just went on to my app and the December bills is nearly £40 more than agreed amount?

Check the dates for the December bill. Does it cover more than the usual 4 weeks?

@Skymob1 If you recently changed your package the 1st month will be different as there will be charges for a part month at the old price and also part month at the new price, did you look at the breakdown of the November bill?

My bills come out the 1st of every month, he said from December the 1st for 24 months x amount

If you look at that December bill is is covering the usual 4 weeks or does it cover a longer date period ?

It says 1st December - 31st December

It looks like it has sky broadband on it twice

And are the dates the same against the broadband, feel free to post an image here if you want but blank out your account number if you should do this.

Can you post an image of the November and January bills as well and when you do please post what they are charging you as well as that helps to work out what is happening.
