If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

I've just trued the link supplied by @SKY1992bf I changed the flag to the ROI flag and it displays a 0818 number.

I have that number 081890xxx still doesn't get me through to an agent 🙄

Yes I understand that ... so my question is ... what prefix should I use .... the number listed started with 081 and ends with 154

So why can't I get through ?

Use the number as shown on screen. No additional prefix required. I don't know why you can't get through. Might be best just to try again later.

No problem with the box. Just a very

simple task of downgrading tv package (removing sports) is so far taking me 3 hours persistently trying to self serve

I'm now through to complains which seems to be the only avenue.

SKY .... invest in simple self serve AI
