I referred my mum to join sky it has been over 45 days and she hasn't been sent a link to claim her vouchers, she has tried ringing but they have been no help but just keep trying to sell her more things. Could someone please help with this matter.

If she did use the referral link you sent her and didn't sign up to Sky via any other way then there is a free number you can call Sky on about this at the bottom of this link:
