    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, a debit adjustment of £116.50 appeared on my recent bill. I have paid this but have been told that it is for early termination charges from my broadband which I was expecting. Vodafone have said they will cover £100. However they have refused it because on the bill it just says 'Debit Adjustment Received'. When I spoke to someone from Sky last month they assured me that it would detail what it's for when I get the PDF bill as it has to by law, but it hasn't and I'm getting absolutely nowhere on the phone! Can someone please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has come up before. You could complain and ask Sky to listen to the call recording during which you were assured eaely termination charges would be separately specified, but it's likely the adviser simply made a mistake, I'm afraid. I doubt Sky will change your bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
