Full Fibre 100 Switch Letter

I received a letter from sky saying I could get Full Fibre 100 for £29 per month for 24 months. I'm out of contract so was tempted to take this up. When I go online using the sky.com/FF100 that deal doesn't exist for me. Does this happen to anyone else? This is the second time this year, that I've had an offer I've wanted to take up that then doesn't exist!

Have you tried calling instead to see if they can apply this offer for you ?

I'm reluctant to, as last time I rang regarding a similar situation, I spent ages on the phone being passed round departments and they still wouldn't honour the price the offer they sent me. I feel like I am being mis-led!

Exactly the same situation for me. Letter offering me £29.99 but when I scanned the QR code it was £36.50 (or over £40 if I went through the Sky VIP app)

It feels like its a ploy to get you to the website, and then end up taking the more expensive deals!

Same here tried today to take up the offer. Through the sky.com/ff100 after entering all my information the answer was no address assigned to this account. I have been at this address for 20 years

Same - letter arrived this morning offering full fibre for £29 instead of £35. Scan the QR code and neither price exists - cheapest full fibre available is £36.50.

I have the same letter yet when I go into available upgrades for theircheapest full fibre it's 51 pounds rising to 53, not quite the 29
