&lt;P&gt;As you have a direct debit set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. To get the payment you made returned your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Hello, I paid my sky bill with my debit card by accident before the direct debit was taken and now there's a £136.00 credit on my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Would it be possible to refund this please.
