      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account was closed on July. At the beginning of August I returned all the equipments to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They keep sending me e-mails and msg-s that I have to return it and if not I have to pay penalty fees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About a month ago I chatted on Sky website and they told me, yes they see that I returned everything and I won't get any e-mail about returning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to close the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sz7lva&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;
