    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227"&gt;@caesarome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; It was due to late payment which has since been paid, have done what was asked in paying bill and setting up payment, but its still showing as restricted, I have called a few times but only get automated service which then cuts me off, cant see an email address or live chat to contact, thanks in advance for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to reinstate my account but finding it hard to contact someone to help with this, everytime I call I get the automated service which doesn't connect me and cant seem to find an email address to get in touch, any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you you were a month late you will also have to manually pay the next bill as well before your services will be reinstated. The reason being when a bill isn't paid then the automatic payment method (card payment/direct debit) has to be setup again so Sky can not take this next payment as this is not in place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.&lt;/P&gt;
