    <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract expires in less than a week. despite using virtual assistant which was not helpful still none the wiser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been with sky for over 21 years. Have always been able to speak with someone but the numbers I have and the ones given via virtual assistant appear to be no longer vali.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get to speak with a human being who can talk me through what the future costs will be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
