I would like to change my payment date to the 28th of each month.

You can do that via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-date

Depending on what your current billing date is you might not be able to do this until your next bill has been paid and it might not start until the 28th November so next month.

23rd October, I want the new payment date to start on the 28th November 2024

If you change it now, the next payment will be due on 28th October.
