    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to complete a Sky Mobile purchase but keep receiving the same error message when I sign into my account - "&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have TV and Broadband and when I first set my account up it appeared I had 2 accounts which didn't make sense as I was a brand new customer. This caused issues when first using sky stream. I'd been told the accounts had been merged together but it looks like this is still causing issues.&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried all channels and can't find the right number to call. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
