topic Moving house and changing subscription in Account & Billing

I am in the process of selling my house to move in to my partner's house.

At present I have Sky Q and Sky Broadband. My partner has internet (through sky) and their own arrangements for TV. We are likely to move again in the future to another home. With this in mind a standard "drag and drop" would not be appropriate as there is already infrastructure I would not want to interfere with.

I see that SkyStream is similar to Q (albeit with reduced functionality) but runs off internet, rather than dish. Would it be possible to move house and at the same time amend my subscription from SkyQ and broadband to just SkyStream? Or would this change need to happen in advance of the move?

You will be bets of calling Sky about this as it should be possible to sign up for Sky Stream at your new property if your partner currently isn't a Sky TV customer that is.
