    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon, I am no longer a sky cutsomer as of earlier this year but was a very happy customer for many years until they put the prices up. Today i have received an email to say that i overpaid for a package and am due a credit. Sky no longer have my bank details but are going to send me a Pin number to access their 'payitrefund' to claim it back. I no longer have my account number or a login to access an account so how do i claim my erfund back. Is this legimate or a scam. Would appreciate any help with this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you have received the first email you should then receive a SMS with the pin in it but only if Sky knows what your mobile number is, if they don't you will need to get in touch with them via the options at the bottom of this link:&lt;/P&gt;
