    <description>I've been to sort out a new contract as mine was due to expire 14th October anyway I've manged to sort broadband but they've charged me £39.99 instead if £16.50?? My contract isn't even up yet so why have I been billed for full rate??? Think I may look elsewhere can't be paying this</description>

      <description>I rang to sort out a new deal a couple times I was told they couldn't give me a deal at that time and to ring bk 14th October I rang yesterday and the guy is ringing me bk re new del for TV he sorted out a good deal for broadband.I tried to sort it in plenty of time</description>
