I want to know how my latest bill was £26 more than my previous one

Have you looked at last months bill and compared it to the latest one, the usual reason for an increase like this is that a discount you had has now finished.

My previous bill was£95 my latest bill was £121 why, and why wasn't i notified of the change

When the discount was added you would have been informed how long the minimum term was as that apart Sky doesn't notify us when a discount is ending.

Your bills are also viewable a few months in advance so you can see when bills are increasing due to issues like this.
