Hi i recently added on tv n boardband but had to set up a new account and can find anything with my account number on it to try n sign in on app

So are you a new customer to Sky as it isn't clear from your post if you are ?

Have you had any emails or letters from Sky regarding your TV or Broadband order ?

Ive had emails but not one has account number on it

In that case the only way to find out what it is will be by calling Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
