Hi, I recently moved to a new place.

The place had Eir connection. Since I had used sky before I called sky to see if there are any competitive bundles they were offering since Eir was offering €35/ month plus a €50 joining bonus.

The rep from Sky offered €30 / month and asked to go on sky.com/myphoto to generate some sort of a code which would allow him to make this bundle available for me since the actual one was for €35 / month.

He read me the a terms and conditions from Sky where he quoted €35 but then told me that this is for the purposes of terms and conditions, the actual bill would be for €30.

A few days afterwards, sky broadband was installed and I got an email detailing my bill. To my dismay this is €35 / month.

Has anyone experienced this with sky ?

I did and I have snap shots of what I sent them as well.

If your future bills also don't show this discounted price then all you can do is that when the phone lines open on Monday give Sky Ireland a ring and tell them about this screenshot you have got to show what they told you.
