      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; My skytv and broadband account was closed on July 4th and money is still beind taken from my bank account.&amp;nbsp; i have tried getting though by phone but after several phone conversations i have got nowhere,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky account was closed and I still have an active mobile account which is not linked to this. I have sent back the equipment by registered post so should not be charged. I also cannot access Skytv. Money has come out of my account on 19th July 20th August and 19th Sept&amp;nbsp; all various amounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help with why this is happening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How did you cancel your TV and Broadband/Talk subscriptions? Did you receive emails from Sky acknowledging the cancellations?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
