How can i remove parental controls without a credit card?

Hello,

I've been trying to remove the parental controls on my account. My problem is, I don't have a credit card only a debit card. How can I get the parental controls taken off without a credit card?

Have you signed a credit agreement with Sky for a device because if so you should be able to phone Sky as they should be able to do it for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement.

If youhaven't then your only option is to borrow a credit card from someone to use as it doesn't have to be your own.

Thank you, yes I do have a credit agreement with sky. I will phone them tomorrow. Thank you for your help.
