Can you provide an email for customer services?

I was on a chat with an agent today and agreed new contract rates.

Not received any confirmation by email as was suggested. On previous occasions, this has been almost instantaneous.

Checked online but still showing old version.

@Bowler5826 There is no email has sky don't use it as a communication route

just because previous adjustment were showing almost instantly doesn't mean that they all do

if they don't show within 7 days you will need to call sky again

Not sure if you are aware @Bowler5826 but you are not emailing Sky by posting on here as that is a forum where customers help each other with Sky email related issues.
