Sky said they would cover up to £100 of the cost to come out of my previous contract but they haven't. I would like this dealt with please as my previous provider has now taken this money from my account after Sky said they would cover up to £100. I want to understand how I can get reimbursed as Sky promised.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
