Scam call - Account takeover

Hi, I had a call from someone claiming to be from sky offering me a discount and they just wanted to confirm some details. It appears they have reset my email password and I am unable to get in. It is an old Yahoo sky account and the email is used for many things so how can I get access back? When I try to rest using security question it says access denied so they have really locked it up!

You need to call Sky ASAP.

The next steps will likely involved ordering expensive items from your account.

When you call them don't mention Yahoo but just tell them you have been locked out of your Sky account.
