Refer a friend

I have been trying to access the 'refer a friend' page to get my unique code for a friend, but it tells me there is a log in error and doesn't load, even though I am logged in.

I have tried this on the app and on the website. I have had a contract with sky since June 2024.

It says 'login error' but I am logged in when I press the accounts button

Can you try lgging out then back in using this link:

Logged out and back in, now the loading wheel and nothing else

Have you tried using a different web browser as it is loading for me via Chrome.

I've tried on chrome and 'internet' on my phone and my partners phone
