has anyone had a similar issue

i I got a phone call about 10 days ago offering me free movies and paramount for same price I was currently paying, with no change to contract length.

They said it wouldn't cost me anymore, in fact when the lady ran through my package I agreed to lose ultra hd as I very really use it, so it should have come down.

I have

Sky Signature, Ultimate TV Add on, Sky Sports Complete including Sky Sports+, Sky Sports HD, Sky HD, Multiscreen, Ultra HD for £71.33

so now with the above less ultra hd and with movies and paramount

seems it's not less

its about £5 more first month then settling at about £2 a month in November

is this common for sky to miss lead customers

No idea what has happened or why so you will either need to call them about this or register a complaint giving them the date and time this call was made to you so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you:
