    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've paid my bill and I'm interested in getting a phone contract with Sky but every time I go to check it tells me my services are restricted, when I then click on the link to unrestrict it it tells me everything is up and running. I've been stuck in this loop all day and it's driving me mad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've got exactly the same problem!! I phoned sky and the guy said he had sorted it and he would phone the next morning to check everything was okay, but he didn't fix it or call back!! I need it to order my daughter a new phone. I have no idea why it's like this as I've not been late with a payment etc. Any help would be appreciated!</description>
