Can anyone advise if CARS is the authorised debt collector for sky?

They have all my details, but the lady I spoke to at SKY customer services says I have no outstanding balance.

Are your services restricted in anyway and does your bill show as being up to date and that you owe nothing:

No, I have no restrictions and I can access all my accounts. They say it's for a galaxy tablet. I did have one a couple of years ago.

Did you finish paying off the tablet in full ?

I have no idea. It was years ago and I can't find the credit agreement on my sky account. I can't find anything about it on sky anywhere it was that old.

It might be worth contacting Sky about this as they might be able to confirm either way if you do have a debt and that you owe then money for the tablet and what debt collection agency is handling it.
