Paramount plus impossible to cancel

It's basically impossible to cancel paramount plus even cancelling my bank card hasent resolved the issue paramount say its sky sky say its paramount fed up should be much easier to cancel than this

Not sure if you can do it via this way but it is worth looking into:

For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

How did you subscribe to paramount plus?

Was it through the sky cinema offer?

No I have had it on ages never watch it seems impossible to cancel even got new bank card but money still coming out sky blames them vice versa

scroll across in Upgrades and Accessories

(be patient as it's very slow)

select Paramount (it was the last box on mine)

in here you have the option to cancel it.

I know aht you mean took me for ever to cancel P+.

As an interim solution to stop payments coming out whilst trying to cancel. Swap card details for another card you don't use.

We have Sky Glass Air. We bought Paramount + through Sky Marketplace and have subsequently bought Sky Cinema. We have tried to cancel Paramount + in every route possible. They have refunded our payment but seemingly no one can help us?
We will have another 21 months of paymments and refunds if we can't cancel. HELP!
