&lt;P&gt;Not a freephone number really but if you have a Sky mobile, or vac sky landline the calls to Sky are inclusive. Most other providers have 03 numbers as an inclusive bundle so it's the same as calling an 01 or 02 number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps if you tell us what the issue is we can give you some advice here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
