Have you received the packaging for use in returning the box, or any emails/text messages prompting you to return it? If not, I'd be inclined to ignore it.

If you do, or if you receive a message threatening to charge you a non-return fee, then I'd certainly speak to Sky. We can ask their messaging team to help with this, should that happen.

I cancelled my Sky Q contract a couple of months ago, but then received a very good offer so I cancelled the cancellation and took the new contract. That's all showing correctly on my account, but under "My Orders" it still has the request to return the equipment that was sent out before I recommitted. Will that eventually drop off, do I need to do something to get it removed, or can I just ignore it?

Thanks for the reply. I received the packaging but haven't had any chasing emails or anything like that. It's just that it's visible on my account when I go into My Sky.

I'll follow your advice and ignore it unless they follow up.
