      <description>&lt;P&gt;They could well still take the payment as the funds are requested 14 days in advance and are usual reserved by your banks so when you have a direct debit setup there is no need to make such payments otherwise bills could end up being paid twice once via the manual and the other via the direct debit payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
