If you took broadband out by creating a new account then I don't think they can be linked but you could try this:

Hi, just wondering if somebody can help. I've had this issue a while by have just been putting it off getting it sorted. It's probably really easy but would appreciate if somebody could help.

I have been with sky mobile for 2 years now, a few months ago I also took out broadband however I was unable to add this product to the same account I have my phone on. Therefore I had to create a new account under a new email. Thus, I now have 2 sky accounts running and just want it under one. Is there anyway they can be merged?
