      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was cut off and when I repaid two days ago the phone still hasn't come back on and online it still wants me to pay 120, however I paid 170. I can see in my bank it was processed and not 'pending' to sky. Does anyone have a number I can talk to a person to sort it out? Preferably a contact I can use on my cut off phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you’ve done all this you’ll be able to call Sky if you still need to speak to an agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
