    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering why if I have paid the bill upfront why would sky be trying to take money when it already states paid on my bill how is a company not paying attention to the payments and still trying to take money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because I like to pay my bills before they are due one it's easier for me and never in my life have i heard such nonsense as other companies stop the charge from debit etc bt virgin and others like even mobile networks etc Tesco mobile 3 etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends on the timing - payments have to made several days prior (and a manual payment cannot stop this)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4190275"&gt;@Vai&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. Once the automated payment is made a credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that &lt;STRONG&gt;having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
