You will need to call Sky about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

You can but it's been a nightmare. I get constant calls about the account I closed down using sky stream, and despite my best attempts to ask sky to please delete said account they won't because of data protection - I believe was the answer they gave.
