Changing payment date

I would like to change my payment date to the 1st of the month. When I go on my bill it says I can't change it until the 19th September which was yesterday...but it won't let me change.

Are you a new customer? If so you have to allow two payments to go through before you can change the date to one more convenient to you.

Keep trying over the next few days - it seems agents cannot override it either but it will eventually allow you to do it.

See my post above - it's too late to change the payment for 25th September.

Bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date so the one for 25/09/24 has already been done.

Usually a payment date can't be changed if the next bill is due to be aid in the next 14 days or less because if you could it wouldn't be changed until the following months bill so it might be worth trying again from the 26th onwards.
